Contact the Low Spread Brokers team
Write to [email protected] about a figure on Low Spread Brokers that is wrong or out of date, or about anything else. It is the site's only contact: there is no phone line, contact form or postal address. We cannot help with a problem in your trading account: that goes to the broker first and then to its regulator or ombudsman.
Reporting a wrong figure
We correct fastest what we can check against a source, such as the broker's pricing page or its entry on the FCA, ASIC or CySEC register. Please include:
- the address of the page on our site and the figure you think is wrong;
- the broker and, if you know it, the entity (for example its UK or Australian company);
- a link to the broker's own page or the regulator's register entry that shows the correct figure.
We compare the report with the source and update the broker record and its collection date (19 October 2026 for the current set). The change then appears on every page that uses that record. A correction that changes a score is noted on the page, as described in our editorial policy.
If you are a broker
Send factual corrections to [email protected] with a link to the published source. A score changes only when an underlying fact changes, such as a licence or a published EUR/USD spread, never on request. Brokers do not see our pages before publication and cannot edit them. Low Spread Brokers has no affiliate or advertising agreements with brokers.
Problems with a broker account
Withdrawals, frozen accounts, disputed trades and margin calls are handled by the broker that holds your account. Use its formal complaints procedure first; if that fails, contact the regulator of the entity that opened your account. Our broker lists show each entity's regulator with a link to its register. Some countries also have a free financial ombudsman, for example the Financial Ombudsman Service in the UK or the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) in Australia; check on its website whether it covers your broker's entity.
