These terms apply to everyone who uses Low Spread Brokers (lowspreadbrokers.com), a website run by the Low Spread Brokers team. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
Information, not advice
Low Spread Brokers publishes general information about forex and CFD brokers. It does not know your finances, goals or experience, so nothing on the site is a personal recommendation to open an account, buy or sell an instrument or follow a strategy. Low Spread Brokers is not a broker or an investment adviser and is not authorised by a financial regulator to give investment advice. Before you act, consider getting advice from an adviser authorised in your country.
Risk
CFDs and spread bets are leveraged products: a small price move against you can cost more than your initial margin, and most retail accounts lose money. The risk warning in the footer of every page and the loss figure under each broker button, published by the broker entity for its retail CFD accounts, apply to everything on the site. Past costs or conditions of a broker say nothing about your future results.
Accuracy of broker data
Broker figures are collected from the brokers' own websites and regulator registers and carry the date they were collected; the current set dates from 19 October 2026. Brokers change spreads, fees, leverage and the countries they serve without notice, and licence numbers on the site have not all been checked against the registers yet. Ratings are preliminary desk scores. Always confirm the current terms with the broker and the licence with the regulator before you deposit.
Links to brokers
Broker buttons take you to the brokers' official websites. We have no affiliate or advertising agreements with brokers and earn nothing when you open an account (see How we make money). Your contract is with the broker entity that opens your account, under its terms and its regulator's rules, not with us. Some brokers do not accept residents of certain countries; it is your responsibility to check that a broker may serve you where you live.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Low Spread Brokers is not liable for trading losses, for decisions made on the basis of information on the site, or for the acts and omissions of brokers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and changes
Texts, tables and ratings on Low Spread Brokers may be quoted with a link to the source page; copying them in bulk is not allowed. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one on this page, last updated 20 October 2026. Questions: [email protected].
